The van is fully automated and runs on Solar power (the fridge, the lights, the sockets). 

Please be mindful and do not charge several things simultaneously. Allow the van to cool down (inside) before plugging in the devices. Avoid inserting Drone chargers. Laptops and phones are totally fine.

In case of overheating or capacity overload, the emergency beeping might start, and you’ll need to restart the inverter from the power button.

Please clean the solars with a wet cloth every once in a while as it accumulates dirt easily, and slows down the charging process.

If, for example, you’re going out for a hike for the whole day, turn off the inverter (this does not mean the batteries are not getting charged).

We have a 100L water tank in the back of the van. The 50L tank on top of the van is for the outdoor shower.

In the back of the car or inside the van there is plenty of storage for all your luggage.

  • 100% Vehicle Insurance in case of any accident, whether your fault or the fault of another party. 
  • 100% Vehicle Insurance in case of any damage by fire, theft, or any other damage caused by a third party. 
  • 100% Third Party Insurance (TPL). Damage to a third party (regardless of whose fault the accident is), up to $50,000. 
  • 100% All accessories (mirrors, glasses, etc.). 
  • No franchise and zero deductions in any accident, theft or any other damage
  • Tires damaged during driving are not considered accidental damage by any insurance company in Georgia. You will be charged EUR 60 per tire. If you lose the vehicle keys, you will be charged EUR 100. Any damage or loss to the driver, passengers, or any property inside the vehicle during an accident or rental period is not covered by insurance and will not be refunded by any party. (Under Georgian law, this must be covered by your travel insurance when you enter Georgia.)

Pick-up / Drop-off

We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi at the airport or at any location in the city.

We also provide border cross permits for travel to Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Our multilingual operators (English, German, Polish, and Russian) are available 24/7 to assist you with your booking and any other questions you may have.

Cancelation Policy

  • Bookings can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start of the rental with no additional fees or charges.
  • Any payment already made towards the rental will be fully refunded, except for bank or money transfer fees.
  • Changes or cancellations made for any reason beyond the renter’s control (such as a flight delay) will be accepted at any time (including on the day of the rental) without additional fees.

Exception: Credit card payments can be refunded with no additional charges within 2 weeks after payment. For bookings canceled more than 2 weeks after payment, a cancellation fee of EUR 35 will apply.
