Whats the general camping situation in Georgia? 

Luckily there are no rules or regulations on wild camping in Georgia. Meaning, you can literally choose to wake up anywhere you want as long as our vans can go there. Goes without saying, you should be respectful of the environment and leave the place if not in slightly better condition, at least in the same way you found it.

There are no Territorial Restrictions for our campers so you can explore any territory you like, even if its on the smallest trail in mountains or by the lake.

How old do i have to be to rent your camper? 
You must be at least 21 years  and have a motor vehicle license for at least 1 year.

How to book your vehicle? 
You can fill in the booking form and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. We first process your request, after that we will send you confirmation on your email and WhatsApp number.

Payment / Cancelation
There is no prepayment needed to book the vehicle and you will have it guaranteed for your arrival.
You have a free cancelation right up to the day of your arrival, we would appreciate though if you infirm us at least 48 hours before the start of the booking. 

Is there a milage/km limitation?

No, we provide unlimited kilometers for all rentals. 

Anything i should know before returning the Van?  
Please make sure to do a quick clean up and take out your trash, clean the used dishes, and remove any leftovers and dirt from the van.

If we return the van earlier, do we get refunded for the unused nights?
Unfortunately, no refunds, as your booking made the van unavailable for others. 

Do you allow pets in the van? 
Yes, we are pet friendly. A standard 45$ fee applies if you want to have a pet on board. 

Can i extend my rental period while still on the road?

Booking and Security Deposit

You can send a booking request through our Booking form  Reservation is free of charge and you can change or cancel it anytime you like.

If you have any questions regarding reservations or rental periods, please feel free to include them in the Notes field, and we will respond as soon as possible.

During the summer season, we strongly advise reserving a vehicle online for a smoother and faster process.

We have No Deposit Policy for every camper or camping equipment. As all our cars come with 100% insurance with no dedcutions. 
Camping equipment is not insured so any damage or loss have to be covered by the customer. We don’t keep deposit and will simply charge you at the return. 

 

Do you offer any discounts?

Can i get Airport pick-up/drop-off? 

Yes, you can receive your camper directly at the airport with no extra charge, aligned with your flight schedule. We will ensure that the rental contract and payment invoice are delivered directly to the airport, saving you the trip to our office.

How to find you at the airport and get the car? 

We mark your flight details so the car will be delivered at the airport, pay attention to the sign before the exit from the airport it will have your name on it. In case you can’t find the delivery person, you can call our hotline +(995) 577441159

Can we collect and return the car out of office hours? 

Standard office open hours are 11 am to 7 pm all 7 days a week. Already pre-booked vehicles can be collected from the office, airport or city address 24/7 upon request without any additional out of hours charge. 
 
Delivery and Collection Service is 24/7. Delivery and pick-up service are charged a standard delivery fee not dependent on working hours or holidays.

Company Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, which govern your use of the Company Services, by agreeing on which – you confirm and fully agree to all the indicated provisions. 

What’s your cancelation policy?

A booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the rental with no additional fees or charges.

Any payment already made towards the rental will be fully refunded except the charges applied by the bank or other money transfer system.

Changes or cancellation made by any reason not dependent on the renter (as flight delay or any other) will be accepted anytime (including due time) without additional charges for change or a cancellation.

* Exception: Credit card payments can be refunded with no additional charges within 2 weeks after the payment, in case of booking cancellation 2 weeks later bank transfer fee of 35 EUR will apply for a booking cancellation

Are your vehicles insured?

All our vehicles are Insured. 

100% Insurance – Vehicle, in case of an accident of your own fault

100% Insurance – Vehicle in case of damage by any third party

100% Insurance – Vehicle in case of any damage by fire, theft or any other damage caused by a third party

100% – Damage to a third party (no matter whose fault is the accident), in limit of $50,000

100% – All accessories (mirrors, glasses etc.)

No franchise and zero deductions in any accident, theft or any other damage

Important: Passenger insurance is not included as it is obligatory to have personal travel insurance during the entry to Georgia. Passenger insurance can be purchased separately upon request.

 * Any damage or loss made to passengers or to any property inside the vehicle during an accident or rental period are not covered by insurance and not refundable by any party. We advise to apply for travel insurance in your home country for personal and item insurance if needed.

*Tyres damaged during off-road driving are not considered as an accidental damage by any insurance company in Georgia. Payment for the tires made on off-road surface vary from 35 EUR up to 95 EUR max

Camping Equipment is not insured and has to be paid by the customer in case of loss or damage. 

 

Can i go outside of Georgia? 

You can go to Armenia. If you are planning to cross the border, please let us know in advance so we can take care of the paperwork and the border-crossing permit. There is a one time fee of 89EUR.

Please note that small additional fee (around 10EUR) might be payable at the border. 

 

 

Getting around the city

Do you offer airport pickup and drop off? 
Currently we do not offer the airport pickup or drop off. However, finding a cheap ride to your destination is very easy and affordable. We suggest downloading the following taxi app that comeს in very handy in the city.

For even more hassle-free arrangements and a comfortable ride, try a more convenient pre-organized transfer with GoTrip. They operate 24/7. This option is particularly good for families or groups. 

Do i need a Georgian sim card? 
We suggest you get one, as they are very affordable and provide an excellent coverage, even in remote areas. 

Can i go off-road with the vans?

We are all for adventures and explorations, and our campers are fully ready for it. They have no territorial restrictions and you can go on any official road that is on google map and to any distant destination such as Tusheti, Abano Pass, which is the most difficult destination in Georgia. 

You can also go off the official road for very short distances (up to 2 km) to go to some destination where you will not be bothered by passing vehicles, but there are a few thing to take in count:
1. Always check the weather for the next day, you might end up in the mud and won’t be able to go back to the road for days.

2. INSURANCE for the car is NOT VALID in the middle of the forest or by the lake where there is no road. So for any damage made there you will have to pay yourself.

3. If you get stuck and will need our help, you will be charged for this service.

While mini-explorers  are small and can handle various hills, curves, and dirt roads, they are not exactly 4×4 and itinerary should be agreed upon in advance.

Booking and Security Deposit

A reservation deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% should be transferred 1 week before arrival. If booking with less than 7 days to go, payment should be made at the time of booking.

Please note that a 10% service fee that covers administrative and management costs is added to all rentals. 

Booking form

Security Deposit: $400 payment should be made upon departure. The security deposit will be refunded within one week after the rental period.

Please be mindful that the deposit may be used to cover any expenses incurred due to damages, the return of the vehicle without a full tank, or any other claims.

Pickup and drop off location will be negotiated and communicated beforehand. If you have a special request please give us a notice couple of days in advance so we can make arrangements. 

Regular Pick-up: Between 10:00-15:00 – Free
Early Pick-up: Between 07:00-10:00 – $40
After-hours Pick-up: Between 18:00-00:00 – $50

Regular Drop-off: Between 12:00-16:00 – Free
Late Drop-off: Between 16:00-21:00 – $50

What’s your cancelation policy?

We have a moderately flexible cancellation policy.

If you cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to the scheduled pick-up date, you will be reimbursed the whole amount you paid until the date.

If you cancel your reservation less than 14 days and more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date, you can choose between a 50% refund of the amount you already paid until that date or receive a flexible travel voucher corresponding to 100% of the total amount already paid.

For cancelations made within 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will not be entitled to receive any refund or travel voucher.

Are your vehicles insured?

All our vehicles are Insured. Please find the terms of insurance (page 10) in our terms and conditions document. Please note that our insurance only extends to the vehicle insurance. Make sure to have a personal travel insurance during your stay in Georgia. 

 

Can i go outside of Georgia? 

You can go to Armenia, Azerbaijan or Turkey. If you are planning to cross the border, please let us know in advance so we can take care of the paperwork and the border-crossing permit. There is a one time fee of 60$ per country.

Currently we do not offer the airport pickup or drop off. However, finding a cheap ride to your destination is very easy and affordable. We suggest downloading the following taxi apps that come in very handy in the city.

We suggest you get one, as they are very affordable and provide an excellent coverage, even in remote areas. 

Can i go off-road with the vans?

Not exactly. The only camper that is fit for off-roading is our F-150 Camper. 

We are all for adventures and explorations, but please do not take the vans off-road. If you challenge yourself and still go for it, please note that you will be responsible for any damages to the vehicle and all costs associated with it.
 
Tusheti road is particularly tricky and dangerous for self-driving. It is often named among the world’s most dangerous. So, unless you are a very experienced driver don’t go there yourself. There are number of experienced drivers, with properly equipped vehicles, who do that for a living. The easiest way to go to Tusheti is to drive to Alvani or Telavi, leave your van there, and find a shared 4WD taxi.
