Tires damaged during driving are not considered as accidental damage by any insurance company in Georgia. Payment for the City / Highway Car’s tires are charged 60 EUR each tire, for Easy Off-Road Car tires are charged 100 EUR each tire, for Difficult Off-road Cars tires are charged 150 EUR each tire.
In case of losing vehicle keys payment for the key is 100 EUR
Any damage or loss made to the driver, passengers or to any property inside the vehicle during an accident or rental period is not covered by insurance and not refundable by any party. (According to the Georgian legislation it must be covered by your travel insurance during the entry to Georgia)

Cancelation Policy

A reservation is free of charge and you don’t need to make any prepayment. As soon as we confirm your booking you will have the guaranteed car for your trip.

Security Deposit: 200 EUR payment should be made upon departure.

Security deposit will NOT be deducted during the car damage as car itself has 100% insurance, only in case of

Camping equipment is not insured and damaged equipment will be deducted from your security deposit.
Max amount to be charged does not exceed 200 EUR in case of any damage except total damage of the rooftop that is not fixable. In this case an additional charge of 500 EUR will be added to the payment for damage.
